Dorset Green Machines has developed an integrated pelleting line with all the necessary operations for pelleting and sanitation (70°C) of dried poultry manure on a small scale (400 kg/hr up to 1,900 kg/hr). The system makes a compact and attractive manure pellet, suitable for storage, long-distance transport and export certification procedures
Dorset Green Machines can deliver an all-around installation for pellet production, which includes pellet pressing, sanitation, weighing and packaging. Pelleting of materials is used for producing a marketable and visually attractive organic fertilizer (or another product). Sanitation is frequently required for export.
